Former Asante Kotoko full-back Daniel Darkwah was in full motion
as his side Enyimba Int. FC recorded an impressive win over Paradou FC in the
CAF confederation cup.
The
28-year-old former league winner with Aduana Stars, lasted for 74 minutes as
the People’s Elephant trashed their Algerian opponent.
Nigerian
attacker Stanley Dimgba recorded a hattrick while forward Victor Mbaoma also added
a goal as the home team cruised to a massive victory.
Darkwah
was replaced by Stanley Okorom at a point where the home team was ahead by 3
goals. Okorom assisted Dimgba who netted the fourth of the game to complete his
hattrick.
Teenager
Abdelhak Kadri scored to reduce the deficit for the away side as the game
finally ended 4-1 in favor of the home team.
The
win sees Enyimba usurp Paradou to occupy the second position. They have now
accumulated 6 points from 4 games played in a group that also comprises
Hassania Agadir (Morocco), San Pedro FC (Ivory Coast).
