Legon Cities FC, formerly Wa All
stars will be looking to continue their recent dominance on social media by
beating Asante Kotoko on Friday.
A lot has been said about how the
new owners of the club have turned the club into an admirable subject in terms
of branding and recruitment.
Legon Cities were close to getting
their first win in the league against Liberty Professional before a late strike
by Michael Ampadu shared the spoils.
They will be looking to register
their first win in the league against the Porcupines to make a strong statement
to other 16 clubs.
Maxwell Konadu and his charges
needed an early goal from Justice Blay to grab their first win in the league
against Techiman Eleven Wonders.
Chasing their first league title in
five years, the Porcupines will fancy their chances against the newly branded
side away from home.
To beat Legon Cities at their own
backyard, Asante Kotoko need to be at their maximum best and not to repeat the
performance they put up in the first game.
