Chelsea suffered a humiliating 3-0 defeat in their Champions League last
16 first leg tie against Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.
Former Arsenal forward Serge Gnabry
scored twice on his return to London for the Bundesliga champions as Bayern
scored two well-worked goals in the space of three minutes shortly after half
time.
Robert Lewandowski added the third
and likely wrapped up the tie 15 minutes from time before ending up on the
receiving end of a swinging elbow from Alonso minutes later.
The
Blues finished the game with 10 men after defender Marcos Alonso was shown a
red card.
