I See Medikal As An Entertainer; I Don’t Consider Him As A Rapper – Keche Joshua Tells

Half of music group Keche, Keche Joshua has said he doesn’t see AMG signee, Medikal as a Rapper. According to Keche is an entertainer and doesn’t qualify to be a Rapper at all as his own opinion.

Talking about Rappers in GH. Keche Joshua on Okay FM which Globaltipsgh.com monitored, the singer said;

"When we talk about rappers inGh, we are talking about Sarkodie, Strongman, Pae Dae, these people are thereal rappers, especially Pae Dae because Pae Dae is my favourite GHrapper. Medikal is not a rapper, Medikal to me is an Entertainer. When we aretalking about Rappers, he doesn’t come in at all”.

Keche Joshua also disclosed that hardcore rap no longer sells in Ghana. Keche Joshua in an interview with Abeiku Santana using Sarkodie’s Black Love and his Alpha EP as an example said,

“The songs that gave Sarkodie his power and influence are nothis Rap songs; from You go Kill Me to Adonai ft. Castro. Sarkodie’s Alpha EPwas and is still a flop. Just check the streams, that project didn’t receiveany serious rotation. All i’m saying is Rap songs don’t sell anymore herein Ghana’. ”.
