AC Milan and Premier League side Chelsea are studying
the deal of a possible swap deal involving two midfielders, according to a
report.
According to transfer source Louis Girardi on Twitter,
the Rossoneri and west London side are thinking of the possibility of a swap
deal which would see Lucas Paqueta move to England and Tiemoue Bakayoko come
the other way.
Bakayoko spent time on loan at Milan last season and became
a fan favourite, though the club did not exercise their option to buy and he
was subsequently loaned back to Monaco last summer.
The Frenchman made the shock admission last month that
he prefers Milan to parent club Chelsea during a video interview last month and
it has been reported by dello Sports earlier on Tuesday that he would gladly
return to Milan.
