Liverpool failed to register a shot on target in the Champions League
defeat against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday night.
The Reds were beaten 1-0 in Madrid in
the first leg of Round of 16 tie.
Liverpool attempted six shots but
none was on target compared to Atleti who had two on target from eight shots.
Liverpool were caught cold from a
corner early on and Saul was on hand to poke home.
What followed was a typical Atletico
performance under Diego Simeone, albeit not something their fans will have
seen too often.
