A teacher has been captured flogging a student mercilessly over the fact the student cannot read properly.

wrangling as many people have condemned the act by the teacher.

of these people have called on authorities to give the teacher some sanction
whiles others are of the view that there is more to the issue than just the
student’s inability to read properly.
