Magnom Loses His Cool On Sarkodie's Agenda For 'Bring Back Azonto'.

Ghana is well known to be the sole inventor of the Azonto genre and dance. Years ago, Azonto dance and its genre had a good place and attention in Ghana but it seemed to vanish in the country which Sarkodie has stood forth to bring back the energy. He then released 'Fa Hooki Me' an Azonto tune that featured Tulenkey and also released 'Revival' with a celebrated rapper EL just to count in the revival of the Azonto affiliation in the country.

Magnum, a musician and music producer has earlier on commented on Sarkodie's concern on the topic 'Bring Back Azonto' and he doesn't seem to be happy with the tag. According to him, Azonto genre has been around for ages; people just seem scared and abandoned the stand to keep Azonto alive.

He elaborated on his twitter handle and he feel so down and disappointed in the agenda because we, Ghanaians and the top rated musicians have ignored the Azonto affiliation for someone's genre(hip hop) and now we are forcing ourselves to embrace the genre we have left to rot. He stated;

"I wonder what the talk of bringing back

azonto is really about. Is it the bounce

or the dance? The bounce has been

around even after the dance didn't

have the spotlight. Those who thought it was gone are those who were scared to b affiliated to it when the world stopped dancing."

He again included that;

"Little minds are now realizing the truth. That we threw away our chance to run the worlds music scene. And want to take credit for what everyone is already working on. Beware of culture, vultures and wave riders, they don't seek to build anything and aren't a good example."
