The
Minister of health Kwaku Agyman Manu has announced that Ghana’s confirmed cases
of the COVID-19 has rises to 195.
In a press briefing, Hon Agyman Manu
gave a break down on reported cases, recoveries and mild cases under
monitoring.

According to the Minister, Greater
Accra has recorded hundred and seventy four (174) cases, Northern region that’s
Tamale has recorded ten (10) cases of the COVID-19, Ashanti Region has also
recorded nine (9) cases, Upper West also has one (1) recorded case and also one
(1) confirmed case in the Eastern region. These figures brings to a total of a
hundred and ninty five (195) cases in the country.

The minister also explained that out
of the hundred and ninty five(195) confirmed cases, about thirty eight (38)
persons have been fully discharged with forty nine(49) also with mild condition
in a discharged home management but under strict monitoring and those in
treatment facilities are a hundred and thirty eight (138) with five recorded
deaths.
A total of fifty eight (58) of home
care patients in Accra are under strict observations by health personnels he
stress.
However, arrangements have been made
to disinfect areas where quarantined persons were kept before the facilities
would be handed over to the owners the minister emphasized.
