People of the world have been left heartbroken after the video of George Floyd, an African-American was chokehold by Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin and his colleagues on the street went viral.
In the video shared by popular Nigerian public figure Tunde
Ednut, George Floyd was chokehold on the street by the police without resisting
arrest whatsoever. He was heard begging the cops to stop because his stomach
was hurting and he could not breathe before he lost consciousness and later
died.
According to online reports, George was being arrested for
allegedly trying to use forged documents at a local deli. The four police
officers involved in the act have been fired while the FBI and state law enforcement
authorities investigate Georges’ death.
