Celebrated-internationally recognised ace-investigative journalist; popularly known as Anas Aremeyaw Anas has indirectly signalled a forthcoming expose solely on the Assin Central member of parliament.
The
two public figures are known archrivals who have successively taken swipes at
each other for a very long period of time.
Sighting from his facebook page, the daredevil and successful investigative journalist wrote;
Kennedy
Agyapong has 30 days to apologize 3 times on all platforms he used to defame
Mr. Baako says a High Court in Accra today(26/06/2020). The High Court has also
ordered him not to repeat the lies again. He is to pay 100k as damages and 30k
as Mr. Baako’s legal cost.
Mr. Agyapong failed to prove his allegations that Mr. Baako and
Mr. Anas do galamsey and are fraudsters during the release of Galamsey fraud
part one in court. Judgment was read in court this morning.
Kennedy faces other defamation suits;Anas vs Kennedy Agyapong. He
alleged Anas killed J.B. Danquah, that he is a fraudster and into Galamsey too.
Anas’ lawful attorney is now in the box.C & G Aleska Company Ltd vs Kennedy
Agyapong. He alleged the company does galamsey with Kweku Baako and Anas.
Lawyers for company now cross-examining Kennedy.
Ellen Kwakukume vs Kennedy Agyapong. He alleged the retired State
Attorney took bribes from Anas to thwart justice. Case has just commenced. Ivy
vs Kennedy Agyapong. He alleged Ivy killed her own husband, J.B. Danquah.
These
