Popular Ghanaian songstress and best female vocalist, Efya born Jane Awindor has revealed that the unique reason why her collabos with BET winner, Sarkodie always gets people talking is due to the vibe and chemistry that they share together.
“I’m in love with you” was their first song together and if sparks
could fly from the song, our ears would have caught fire. The chemistry between
the two was unmistakable and it trickles down to anyone who listened to the
song.
Fast forward, their recent release was titled ‘Saara’ an award winning hit song which speaks of forgiveness in a relationship but anytime they hook up on a song it’s always a hit and fans have kept asking what could be the secret bond between them.
“The one’ hitmaker, Efya in an exclusive virtual chit chat
with Amansan Krakye on GBC Radio Central in Cape Coast, was asked what could be
the secret behind her successful collaborations with Sarkodie.
She answered “It’s always a pleasure working with Sarkodie. We vibe well together so I’m grateful that I’m having the privilege to get close contact with him.
” I’m grateful that all the songs we
did together turn out to be magical and also inspire people. Shout outs to
Sarkodie!”.
When Amansan Krakye asked Efya whether she normally calls Sarkodie
since he got locked up in abroad to find out how he’s doing,
She said “He’s okay and everything is fine with him. When the
gates are opened he’ll come”.
