Reggae Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy has urged his
colleagues in the music industry to capitalize on the outbreak of Coronavirus
to turn things around for them in the entertainment industry.
According to him, though some other things have exposed the
systems, the outbreak of coronavirus throws more light on it and they need to
take advantage of it.
Speaking in an interview with Kobby Kyei, Stonebwoy disclosed that no Ghanaian artiste is lucky as some people think and not even the A-list artistes as the system doesn’t help any of them.
He, therefore, urged his colleagues to help take advantage of this
coronavirus crisis to turn things around in the entertainment industry to their
advantage for the systems to benefit them.
This isn’t the first time an artist is complaining about the music and entertainment industry not being favorable to them but we hope it becomes the last as they answer Stonebwoy’s call to take advantage of this crisis.
