The Controversial African Dancehall King, Shatta Wale has revealed he will feature the likes of Nigeria’s Wizkid, rapper Sarkodie, afro-dancehall god, Stonebwoy, and reggae legend, Samini, on his next album.
Speaking
on Hitz FM yesterday, Shatta Wale claimed his intention is to make his next
album a global project that will project the genre he stands for as well as
promote Ghana music to the world.
In order to achieve his
target for the “Gift of God” album, Shatta said he will feature local giants
like Sarkodie, Stonebwoy and Samini.
Talking of other African artistes who are
likely to be on the album, Shatta made mention of Wizkid, Joe Boy, and Bella
Shmurda.
He added that the album will also feature Jamaican reggae dancehall giants like Vybz Kartel and Gramps Morgan of Morgan Heritage.
The
“Melissa” hit singer also talked about the number of songs and the release date
for the “Gift of God” album which will take the world by storm.
