Praye Tiatia, a member of the old time Ghanaian music group Praye, blasts Ghanaian reggae/dancehall act Shatta Wale for claiming many musicians in the country are broke and hungry.
Big J, as he’s also known, made a similar comment
on social media following Shatta Wale’s appearance on UTV’s United
showbiz program, where he said Ghanaian musicians are most broke and hungry.
In responding to his point, Praye Tiatia in an
interview with Blogger Zionfelix said he knows many musicians who are doing great
financially and are not loud-mouthed like Shatta Wale to brag about their
properties.
He cited musician D-Black who is a record label
owner and a club owner and musician Nhyiraba Kojo, saying they drive all the
cars Shatta Wale is always bragging about and own mansions but have kept it on
the low.
