Cardi B Finally Speaks For The First Time Amid Divorce With
Husband Offset.

Marlenis Almánzar, known professionally as Cardi B has finally addressed why
she is breaking up with husband Offset as she speaks for the very first time
amid their breakup news.
She made the revelation
during a live session on her account, where she further addressed her split
from the 1/3 member of Migos.
“You cannot
hurt my feelings trying to throw the divorce in my face because at the end of
the day, I decided I wanted to leave,” she told her subscribers, according to
Us Weekly.
“I didn’t wait until he cheated on me again,” she continued. “I
didn’t wait [for] another controversy with him being involved. I decided to
leave. If I wanted to stay, I could have stayed. I decided to leave.”
According to Cardi B, she
doesn’t plan on dating anytime soon, saying that she could “rebirth” herself if
she wants to and “could date any man I want.”
“My DMs are
flooded,” she added and said that she doesn’t want to date because she’s “so
focused on her business.
Recall that Cardi B on Tuesday, September 15, filed for divorce
from Offset whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus after being married for
three years, according to the Fulton County Magistrate in Georgia.
The court documents indicate
that Cardi is asking for primary legal and physical custody of their child,
Kulture. Their hearing is scheduled for November 4 at 10 a.m.
The divorce
filing came just five days before their third anniversary.
