Report currently gathered by our
outfit indicates that thieves broke into the team buses of Legon Cities and
Berekum Chelsea and robbed the players of their valuables during their first
premier league match of the 2020/2021 season whilst the game was ongoing.
Kofi Owusu who doubles as at attacker made the
shocking revelation in an interview with AshesGyamera.com and this is what he
had to say;
“After the match, we went straight to the team bus and got the
shock of our lives. Our belongings were gone”.
”We could not believe it because the doors were
locked and most especially, we played in an empty Stadium since it was behind
closed doors. Some of the players lost hundreds and thousands of cedis whilst
laptops and mobile phones were also taken away. I don’t know what the
authorities will do about it but it is very bad”
