SAD! 28-Year-Old Man Stabs To Death Over Pork In Ahafo Raegion-[See Photos]

 

 



A 28-year-old George Adu Gyamfi has met an untimely death in the hands of his friend identified as Yaw, in an argument at a drinking spot over the pork chop.

According to an eye witness Sammy Asare, the incident occurred at Kwadaso a suburb of Kenyase No. 2 in Asutifi South District of the Ahafo Region in the late hours of yesterday November 15, 2020, around 20:30GMT.

The deceased is known to be a Pragya driver, was at the drinking spot where they cook and sell pork.

He purchases some of the meat along with a drink, as he was having a good time, his friend Yaw the suspect enters the spot, took a ladle, and began stirring the meat continuously, at the point the deceased advised him in a polite manner that, what he was doing isn’t the right thing if possible he should stop.

He angrily disagrees with him, which leads to the exchange of abusive words, as at the time it’s nearly entered into a serious fight, people around intervene and separated the two.

Is alleged that the suspect was partially under the influence of alcohol and wasn’t at peace, he, therefore, left home, armed himself by taking a knife from the kitchen, and walked into the spot while saying “I’ll kill you. I’ll kill you. I’ll kill you.”




George had by then left the premises heading towards home. The suspect aggressively chased and met him at a bush road, stabbed him multiple times in the right shoulder, leading him to have felt, swimming in a pool of blood.

All this while, some few people who knew how dangerous he could be, in case he sees George, followed him and attempted to take him to the police, he threatened to kill whoever tries to come closer like how he murdered his friend in cold blood.

After committing the act, he fled the scene, entered the bush.

Kenyase Police have deposited the body in the morgue at St Elizabeth Hospital, while seriously searching for the suspect and have pleaded with the general public to assist the police with any vital information to enable them to apprehend Yaw.
