The long-awaited court hearing on Techiman South constituency election results caused
many unarmed civilians life at the end of 2020 election was set for hearing on
24th, February 2021.
The just ended parliamentary
election generated a lot of chaos which delayed the Electoral Commission in
declaring the winner of the 2020 presidential election, and also its results
had dragged the Electoral Commission of Ghana to court by opposition leader John Dramani
Mahama of NDC.
The court case was called today and the general secretary of
the National Democratic Congress, Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketiah has stormed the court with their evidence to
defend their case as pictures circulating on social media can confirm.
During the election, the NDC parliament
member Christopher Bayere alleged that he won and not the NPP candidate,
Hon Martin Adjei Mensa Korsah and
it still a mixed reaction to Ghanaians.
NDC’s Efo Worlanyo Tsekbo has shared pictures from the scene
stating that they will never give up on the court case because of evidence they
have provided to the court and he knows they shall succeed.
This particular Petition,
Ghanaians are more interested in it because armed security officers shot
unarmed civilians to death because of misunderstandings that took place which
no Official has addressed the issue yet.
“The Techiman South case has
been called for the first time for hearing today.
