The
Ofankor Circuit Court, chaired by Ebenezer Osei Darko, has responded to the
Funny Face doctor’s request to increase the number of days his client must
spend in the mental hospital.
During the first hearing, the actor was confined to the Accra
mental hospital for two weeks, adding that Funny Face could be having a mental
breakdown and possibly going through depression.
Explaining
Funny Face’s absence from court, the doctor said that the actor is unwell and,
as such, has difficulty articulating his thoughts among others.
However,
the case was postponed until April 1, 2021.
Funny
Face was indicted in court on Monday, February 15, 2021, after the Millennium
Police arrested him a second time and kept him in police cells.
