The LGBT+ group in Ghana after the recent closure of their office
has been able to mobilize an amount of Ghc218, 000 ($38,000) in order to
acquire a new office.
In a recall, the
government in collaboration with the Ghana Police closed down the recent office
after Ghanaians backslashed them.
Nana Addo also in a press statement, stated
categorically that the group will never be recognised and legalised under his
administration.
The group however are making every efforts to have their
freedom in the country by engaging some stakeholders to help legalize them.
