It is another day of political
feud and exchange of political blows between the new patriotic party and
their rivalry party, the national democratic congress. The NPP have worked so hard
this year. From campaigning and winning the elections to defending their
victory at the Supreme Court after they were accused of being in bed with the
electoral commission.
The battle has not been easy as
well for the national democratic congress since they worked so hard themselves
in their quest to become the victims of the just-ended elections. Sammy Gyamfi in his comment today on the decisions by the NDC to counter the alleged illegalities in the Npp party
and their interest in rigging the elections made a very important declaration.
Whilst speaking today, Sammy
Gyamfi revealed that the next four years is going to be a year of
observance and scrutinization in the sitting government. And this is because
the country cannot entrust its wealth and possession into the Npp to be
managed. His reasons were that even the Npp party themselves have refused to
remain truthful to themselves and as a result do not deserve such a chance.
That is our new step and this time the Npp cannot outsmart
is- he stated. Sammy Gyamfi revealed that the Ndc party will continue fighting
for the freedom of Ghanaians because we cannot boast of a country’s
independence if It’s still enslaved to corruption.
