The Champions League Semi-final clash between Chelsea and
Real Madrid is such a crucial match that will determine who will enter the
final.
According to report, the Spanish La liga heavyweight club
Real Madrid have published a medical report on France international fullback
Ferland Mendy, who sustained a muscle injury on his left calf which will keep
him sideline for weeks.
The Spanish La liga heavyweight club Real Madrid and France
left back Ferland Mendy has pulled out from further football activities after
suffering an overloaded left soleus muscle.
The
France international fullback has already been pulled out of Madrid’s team to
face Gatafe in the La Liga this weekend.
However,
looking at Ferland Mendy’s injury, Los Blancos are also missing the Spanish
international defensive lord and club captain Sergio Ramos, even the France
international defender Rahpael Varane, Dani Cavajal as well as the Belgium
international playmaker Eden Hazard.
Still
on the report, the France international fullback ferlan Mendy will likely need
around weeks to recover from this injury, so on this note, the Brazilian
international versatile defender Marcelo will be starting on the left-back for
at least the next two games against Getafe and Cadiz, both away.
Though
the old Marcelo hasn’t been reliable as a defender so far this season but he
should have what it takes to get the job done against those two teams, and
return the glory to Real Madrid..
