Real Madrid President, Perez Hands Chelsea Major Transfer Boost

Thomas Tuchel is keen on boosting his squad for Chelsea to be able to compete favourably with other big clubs in theEnglish Premier League and in Europe.

Real Madrid President Florentino Perez has ostensibly ruled Madrid’s quest on making a move for young Norwegian striker Erling Haaland this summer after the collapse of the money spilling European Super League, handing a major boost to Chelsea.

The Spanish International and Madrid head Perez has been on a one-man mission to attempt to defend the much-maligned ESL, which fell apart almost as quickly as it was launched when clubs started to pull out of the competition on Tuesday night. Real Madrid a d Barcelona happens to be the only 2 teams that have not pulled out from the European super league.

The huge pressure from fan protests on Tuesday saw the majority of clubs terminate their intentions of joining the ESL, which was set to inject £300million into the coffers of each participant.

The Coronavirus pandemic seem to have financially affected so many European clubs with Real Madrid falling great victim to the pandemic.

The Los Blancos supremo in his 2nd late-night interview in Spain, claimed that big clubs would suffer financially due to the European Super League not going ahead and he said he won’t be signings this summer as a result.
