Chelsea are reportedly planning a summer transfer move to secure the services of 21-year-old French defender Maxence Lacroix, who plays for Wolfsburg and been valued at £26m, once the Summer transfer window commence.
The West
London club are looking to add some strength to their defence, so as to be able
to compete for the Champions League trophy and the Premier League title in the
next season.
According to
the Sun, Chelsea having identified the 21 years old Lacroix as a potential
transfer target, could complete £26m deal for the 21-year-old highly-rated
Wolfsburg No.4 defender to bolster their defence in the next season.
The
21-year-old Wolfsburg centre-back, has been regular for the Bundesliga
outfits during this campaign, playing 35 games across all competitions and has
been directly involved in 4 goals for Wolfsburg, finding the back of the net
twice and provided two assists.
