CHELSEA fans have given their verdict on the striker they want the board and the manager, Thomas Tuchel in order to solve their striking problem.
Inter Milan
striker Romelu Lukaku could be available for €80m (£69m) this summer, according
to reports in the Italian media.
The Nerazzurri
have hit financial problems and the decision to sell one of their key players
is likely to lead to Antonio Conte quitting his post this week. Chelsea are,
however, keen to take advantage of the situation and are said to have already
contacted Lukaku’s agent.
The Belgian
has scored 30 goals in all competitions this season, and the majority of fans
on Twitter believe they should snap up the former Manchester United player if
he is available for such a low price:
Considering that Erling
Haaland and Harry Kane could cost double, it does seem like Lukaku would be the
sensible alternative, although, it must be said, not every supporter will be
excited about his return to Stamford Bridge.
The 28-year-old did struggle
somewhat at United and it will be hoped that he can sustain the sort of form
that he has shown at Inter.
