Chelsea are reportedly ready to let Callum Hudson-Odoi leave amid strong interest from Borussia Dortmund
The West
Londoners have been revealed no more willing to retain the youngster who they
handed a bumper deal in order to keep away from Bayern Munich.
Callum Hudson-Odoi although
hasn’t lived to the expectations that pushed Chelsea into
handing him a €120k per week deal during the period Bayern Munich wanted him.
The new deal
helped keep the Germans away but it now appears the English man could be
finally tripping to Germany.
Both
Frank Lampard and Thomas Tuchel seem to have over Hudson-Odoi despite the
German manager having earlier picked him as his favorite during his early days
at the club.
All
turned around as Hudson-Odoi has only been limited to 10 appearances this
season and Dortmund now views him as a possible replacement
to Jadon Sancho.
Sancho
has remained a strong target for Man United and recently also Chelsea have
asked to be kept informed on the former City man’s moves.
Blues are
known to also be after his signature which could open the platform for a likely
swap deal.
But it’s
bad as Sancho is more concerned on moving to Man United who have already met
personal terms with him.
The
recent past has also shown how Chelsea stormed into deals and stole away with
higher bids. That could be the scenario here.
Currently no valuations have been revealed for
CHO but it’s known a loan deal would be more welcomed for Chelsea if the
receiving end accepts to cover most of his pays.
