City set to lock horns with the Blues on 29th May and Torres believes Chelsea won’t be an easy task
Manchester City‘s Ferran Torres believes the tie with Chelsea won’t be an easy one considering the outcomes of their past encounter.
The West
Londoners have managed two victories in their two games under Tuchel against
Man City.
Tuchel’s
brilliance as a manager is proven over and over after seeing the German lead
the Blues from 9th place to a top four finish.
Also
taking them to the UCL final denotes of a better future with the former PSG
manager.
The game
on Saturday is indeed a very important one for both teams and Ferran Torres
believes it won’t be an easy task.
“They’re
a pain in the neck, in a good way, since they’re always chasing the ball,” the
21-year-old forward said.
“They run
a lot and they want the ball. They don’t just go for counterattacks, they also
want to take the ball off you, which deserves some credit.
“City are a team which likes to have the ball,
and it’s sometimes very hard to take it from us, but they’ve done a great job
against us.
“In fact, they’ve beaten us twice. I mean, you never know in
a [UEFA] Champions League final.”
