Good news to Thomas Tuchel as Chelsea has received a huge boost to sign a world-class midfielder who have been Frank Lampard favorite.
The summer
transfer window is officially open and the blues can look to build on European
glory and bolster the squad to push for Premier League supremacy.
And one player
who can really aid their course this summer is Declan Rice. Chelsea has been a
long-time admirer of the Hammers midfielder but the Outlook from the Hammers
previously was that the midfielder was not for sale for any fee even as they
embark on their European campaign having finished sixth in the league table
last season.
Chelsea might
have been handed a boost by the player with the West Ham United Man
having change his opinion on a potential move.
Rice who
has established himself as a key player both for England and the Hammers but it
is yet to be seen whether his current employers will be tempted to sell but as
it stands, Rice is currently valued at £58.5 million according to transfer
market with three years left on his contract.
