The 2020/2021 UEFA Champions League winners, Chelsea are keen on boosting the squad’s strength in the forth coming summer transfer window.
Having proved
to be a threatening squad under the management of Thomas Tuchel, the club is
looking forward to adding fresh bloods to their team in order to remain
competitive next season.
However,
according to Spanish news outlet, Mundo Deportivo, Chelsea have begun
negotiations to bring Saul Niguez to the Stamford bridge.

Esclápez, known as Saúl, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a
central or defensive midfielder for Atlético Madrid and the Spain national team.
A further
report issued is that the 26-year-Old wants to leave the
Wanda Metropolitano this summer.
Saul played over 35 games in
all competitions for the Colchoneros last season where he registered just
2 goals La Liga.
Mundo Deportivo has also
affirmed that Chelsea are not the only European club interested in the €80
million rated player, PSG and Bayern Munich are also interested in him, but the
blues are a step ahead in the race.
Although Saul Niguez’ will expire by 2026, Atlético Madrid will delightfully
sell him this summer, with his reported release clause of €150 million euros.
