Chelsea transfer Chief, Marina Granovskaia has done it again as the transfer of young and talented defender has been completed.
As the Premier
League is set to start in few weeks and several clubs are bringing in new
players and some clubs are also letting go of their players.
Chelsea on the
other hand have seen several players leave the club but have successfully made
just a single signing as they have completed the signing of a third choice
goalkeeper.
However,
Chelsea defender, Tino Livramento have now finally left the club to join club
rivals , Southampton.
Tino Livramento
joins Southampton from Chelsea on a five-year deal, contract signed until June
2026. Chelsea will have a buy back clause included in the agreement.
In their statement, the club said, “Southampton Football Club is
delighted to announce it has completed the signing of exciting young full-back
Tino Livramento from Chelsea.”
The 18-year-old moves to Saints after being crowned
the European champions’ Academy Player of the Year, starring for a Blues’
Under-23s side that finished second in Premier League 2, despite still being
eligible to feature for the Under-18s.
The club have now seen so many of their young
players leave and are yet to make any marquee signings and the transfer window
will be shut anytime from now.
Do you think it’s a great idea to let most of their
young players leave the club? Drop your thoughts in the comment section and
don’t forget to share. Thank you
