Tuchel Breaks Silence As Lukaku Getting Closer To Join Chelsea

 

 

As the Blues launched a better offer for their former star striker and their bid has been accepted and the Inter Milan man is ready and moving closer to rejoin Chelsea.

Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel, has claimed “a lot of players want to join” when asked about a move for Inter Milan’s Romelu Lukaku.

It is also understood Lukaku is open to returning to Stamford Bridge.

Speaking to reporters following Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Tottenham in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday, Tuchel said: “I will not talk about players who don’t play in my squad.

“He’s a fantastic player but he’s an Inter player and I will not talk about him in this situation.

“You can imagine a lot of players want to come and join but we will not talk about that.”

Chelsea offer Alonso, cash to Inter Milan in exchange for Lukaku.
