World Class Chelsea Star Set for shock Move to Italy with Legendary Manager In Pursuit of The Maestro.
New
Genoa head coach Andriy Shevchenko wants to sign Chelsea winger Christian
Pulisic on loan, according to reports in Italy.
Shevchenko
was appointed Genoa boss only last week but he has drawn up some extremely
ambitious plans for the January transfer window.
Not only is Shevchenko targeting Pulisic, he wants to snap up
fellow Ukrainian Oleksandr Zinchenko from Manchester City, AC Milan winger Samu
Castillejo and Dynamo Kyiv’s Vitaliy Mykolenko.
Considering
Genoa are currently languishing in 17th place, having picked up only nine
points after 12 Serie A matches, it seems rather unlikely that Pulisic would be
interested in moving to Italy.
The American international has certainly had his fair share of
injury problems this season, but a loan move is unlikely to be considered by
manager Thomas Tuchel.
If
he stays fit, Pulisic is expected to get more starts after the international
break, following cameo roles against Malmo and Burnley recently.
