[WATCH]; Chelsea Possible Lineup Vs Leicester Revealed As Silva, Kante, Mount, And Havertz Make Starting Lineup




Thomas Tuchel’s & co. will be trip to East Midlands region to take on Brendan Rodgers’s Leicester in the Premier League matchday twelve of the season
 on Saturday afternoon.

The Blues will be aiming of return to winning ways and consolidate their position on league standings when face the Foxes in the Premier League this weekend.

Before the break, Chelsea seven-game winning run in all competitions come to an abrupt end with 1-1 draw against Burnley, but the Blues still have a healthy three-point lead at the top of the league standings ahead of Manchester City and West Ham United.

The Blues have also won their last three away games in the top flight without shipping a single goal and have conceded just once on the road in the 2021-22 Premier League season.

And ahead of trip to East Midlands region, Thomas Tuchel has been handed a twin boost on the team news, with attacker duo Timo Werner and Mason Mount fit for the selection on Saturday.

Werner, who battled with hamstring in recent weeks, made returned to training this week and could be fit, while Mason Mount is set to return after undergoing dental surgery.

Meanwhile, Romelu Lukaku (ankle) and Mateo Kovacic (hamstring) remain on the sidelines and will only be back in contention to feature in the coming week.

Moving on to predicted starting lineup, Thomas Tuchel unlikely to change his tactician when his side’s face the Foxes on Saturday afternoon but there should be a couple of changes in defensive unit, and attacking.

As the defensive unit, club skipper Cesar Azipilicueta is in line to return to the lineup, with Andreas Christensen expected to make way for the Blues veterans defender. Azpilicueta will feature alongside Antonio Rudiger and Thiago Silva in the back three, with Edouard Mendy taking his place in goal.

Reece James and Ben Chilwell will once again lead Chelsea two wing-backs while Jorginho will pivot N’Golo Kante in the middle of the park, to providing a solid base from midfield.

Mason Mount should slot into the starting lineup right away, slotting alongside Callum Hudson-Odoi and Kai Havertz in the attacking unit.

The Englishman will pull the strings higher up the pitch, while Hudson-Odoi and Havertz will pose a threat with their movement, with Tuchel giving them the freedom to roam in the final third.
