The former Marlian Records signee reportedly lost his life on Tuesday, leaving the music industry in shock and sorrow.

The devastating news was confirmed by YBNL Music Executive and fellow artist, Olamide, who expressed his grief with a simple yet powerful message: “Damn! Mohbad” accompanied by a broken heart emoji.

MohBad’s musical journey was nothing short of remarkable. He rose to prominence as a member of Naira Marley’s “Marlian Records,” a label known for shaping the contemporary Nigerian music landscape. MohBad’s distinctive blend of rap and Afrobeat quickly won over fans, making him a standout talent in the industry.
