Pull down church buildings of doom prophets – JOY prescribes

A Two- time Independent Presidential Candidate in Ghana, Jacob Osei Yeboah a.k.a JOY has prescribed for the church buildings of prophets who predict doom for the country to be pulled down to serve a deterrent to others, in a report by mynewsgh.

According to him, that is the only way that Ghana as a country can check the spate of doom prophecies for the nation from the pulpits which has become fashionable for men of God to test their powers at the end of every year.

“If you come and prophesy that 24 people would die in an accident on the Cape Coast Road and it actually comes to pass, you church building must be pulled down and you be sacked from the country; if we do that, all the doom prophecies would cease”, he said in an interview on Okay FM on Monday.

He says the idea of prophecies is that, “God reveals in order to redeem” so if your prophecy doesn’t bring repentance to change what God has planned, then what was the purpose of it.
