Welcome to Friday morning done deals and the latest transfer
updates for some football clubs and some key players that we are tracking for
you at this time.
Haaland transfer blow as Solskjaer chases Real
Madrid defenders
The Express claim United are prepared to ‘break the bank’ to
bring the 29-year-old to Manchester this summer.
Vazquez,
who can play either right-back or right-wing, would be expected to provide
competition for Aaron Wan Bissaka.
United’s
interest in Real Madrid players may not stop there with reports that the
Bernabeu club is also looking to cash in Rafael Varane.
Chelsea want to sign key Liverpool starter worth
£31.5million
That is according to Spanish outlet Marca, who claim that the
London club has registered an interest in Wijnaldum.
After
spending close to £250 million last summer, a move for Gini on a free makes
perfect sense for Chelsea. After replacing Frank Lampard, new manager Thomas
Tuchel will look to bring his players in the summer.
Chelsea lead race for Sergio Aguero as Manchester City striker
wants Premier League to stay
Sergio
Aguero has given Chelsea a huge transfer advantage as he wants to remain in the
Premier League after he leaves Manchester City, according to reports.
Premier
League leaders announced earlier this week that Aguero’s contract will not be
renewed and the striker will leave the club at the end of the season.
Barcelona considers Ajax defender alternative to Alaba
One
of the defenders that Barca rate highly is the Argentine Lisandro Martinez.
Currently, his market valuation is set around €20-25m. It’s a no-brainer that it
would be difficult to complete this transaction in one go.
Board
will surely look to use Barça’s historic ties with Ajax to settle on a deal as
they did with Sergio Dest.
The
23-year-old joined Ajax in 2019 and is one of the first names on the starting
eleven for Erik Ten Hag.
Done deal: FC Dallas Midfielder Thiago Santos Joins Grêmio
FC

midfielder Thiago Santos, the club announced today. Per team policy, additional
terms will not be disclosed.
Done deal: Fleetwood Town
midfielder signs new deal until summer of 2023
Fleetwood
Town midfielder Dan Batty has signed a new deal to remain with the League One
club until the end of the 2022-23 season.
Simon Grayson’s Fleetwood is currently 15th in the table and
eight points off the play-offs with nine games to play.
