Thomas Tuchel's Full Pre-West Brom Press Conference:

Tuchel on winning PL manager of the month for March: "It's very unusual for us to have this reward. It's not an award you can achieve in France or Germany. It's very nice.

I don't believe in individual awards in football so when I receive one I am a representative for everyone here at Cobham. I am grateful to receive an award like this and it means I am at the right club. I see it as a team award. It feels good. It's not the end of the road we still compete in April and May and we want to produce."

Thomas Tuchel on Chelsea team news: "Everybody was in training today, except N'Golo Kante who was doing individual work. Everybody else was out on the pitch and that's good news." [ adds Thiago Silva is available for Chelsea selection against West Brom.]

Tuchel expects N'Golo Kante to miss UCL clash against FC Porto. He hopes he will return for the second leg.

Thomas Tuchel on Conor Gallagher: "He's fought his way through as a loan player. He never stops improving, is a regular for West Brom. I want him completely focused on that. When is the moment for us to decide on his future we will decide. But that's not now."

Thomas Tuchel on Erling Haaland: "I will not answer that out of respect for the player and Borussia Dortmund. There is big news around him and his agent. It seems like they are creating a race for the player and I will fully accept this a player for Borussia Dortmund, a promising player of course. But he isn't our player and is not in our squad. So we will not comment on anything else regarding Haaland."

Thomas Tuchel on transfer window: "We have to wait. It's another strange situation with the pandemic. It is necessary that we need to adapt and be patient. Is there a market? How does it look? What can we invest in?" Are there chances to generate money with interest in our players? Can other clubs buy our players?

The situation is not clear and so for me, it's best to be patient and I agree with the club in this. We have to fully trust the guys we have. We have eight decisive weeks of decisive matches in which we can achieve our goals. My trust and concentration is on the players that are here."

Thomas Tuchel on Sergio Aguero interest: "You can ask but it's the same answer as Haaland. We have full respect for Manchester City and Sergio Aguero, who is a big player for them. There is no words needed for me about the achievements of this guy, he is a world-class player. But we have three competitions in which we are in with Manchester City so I will not speak about there player."

Thomas Tuchel on international break: "It can be enjoyable to take a break, to breath and relax and refocus. At the same time, it's strange. The players come back from different time zones..."

Thomas Tuchel on little time to prepare for West Brom: "This is clearly not the best preparation to arrive for a game at 12.30pm. It's a time that I am still adapting too. We don't break out heads too much about it, it's clear when you join a club like #Chelsea we have to adapt. We had a good training session today and we will have the team together for dinner. It's important we enjoy these moments and refocus for the games ahead."

Thomas Tuchel on all the defenders fit: "It's the best situation you can have as a manager. We can substitute players or replace players that are injured without a loss of quality. That is very good, gives us a good feeling. Tomorrow will see Thiago available and everyone else is fit. It's the same with the goalkeepers. It's very important to have this at this time of the season. We need everybody in top shape."

Tuchel on Werner's miss with Germany: "It was a bad pass from Ilkay! No, I joke."

Tuchel on Werner: "Timo wanted to do extra training on finishing yesterday but I sent him in and said 'your body, your brain knows how to score so don't worry it will come. If a women does not want to go out to dinner with you you cannot force her, step back and it will come." [adds Werner starts tomorrow!]
