Chelsea football club are running out of time to complete major deals over the summer transfer window as no major player has been signed in the past two weeks.
However,
director of football Marina is working on a couple of top deals which will
ensure that the Chelsea squad is stronger than last season.
According to reliable
journalist and transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are set to announce
another summer transfer deal after confirming the departure of Fikayo Tomori.
The reporter claims that 18 years old defender Levi Colwill is
set to sign a new long term contract of four years to continue his stay at the
Stamford Bridge.
Levi Colwill is highly regarded
by the Chelsea chiefs as well as Thomas Tuchel who view him as a future
prospect in the heart of the club’s defence.
The player is set to join a
championship side on a season long loan deal for more first team football
experience before heading back to Stamford Bridge to compete for places.
