PSG president Nasser Al Khelaifi has not provided a direct answer when asked if Neymar was a part of the new project at Parc des Princes.
"We can't
speak about this in public as some players will arrive, some players will leave
the club. These are private negotiations," Al Khelaifi told Marca.
This remark only fueled the speculation that was already out there.
According to some credible reports, PSG are thinking of getting rid of the
player whose transfer cost them €222million only five years ago.
Thomas Tuchel already worked with Neymar at PSG, and it
was the only time in the club's history when they reached the Champions League
final, with the Brazilian playing an important part in that success.
He has not
played more than 22 league games in a season since joining PSG due to injuries
(some of which miraculously coincided in time with his sister's birthday).
